Alva's mama was a genuine non-AKC registered American mutt. We still don't know who Alva's diddy was, but everyone suspects he was a Lab or even a Lab mix. You know how they is -- don't stay around for long after the lovin' is over. Anyway, the people over at the Orange County APS told me that she was born on February 8, 2004 and that she favors her mama. That's why they called her Cinnamon (Cinny for short) when she was just a baby. 'Cause she look just like her mama.
